Context: The Northstar Corridor Development Authority, together with the Metropolitan Council's Corridors of Opportunity program and Anoka and Sherburne counties conducted a Transit-Oriented Development study of the Northstar Corridor. The study resulted in reports on the potential for economic development in each station city. The following video is from a meeting on June 6, 2013 that featured an overview of the process, results of the study, and a presentation from each city outlining activities and plans for their area.
